I Didn’t Receive a Receipt or Invoice — What Should I Do?

Receipts are usually emailed after booking. Here’s how to locate or request a copy.

If you didn’t receive a receipt or invoice after booking with Vidle Housing, we’re happy to help.

First, check your inbox:

  • Search your inbox (and spam/promotions folders) for an email from customersupport@vidlehousing.com

  • The subject line is usually: “Your Vidle Housing Booking Confirmation”

Still can’t find it?

  • Contact Vidle Support and provide the email address used at booking

  • We’ll resend your full invoice as a PDF or email summary

What’s included in your receipt:

  • Guest name

  • Unit address

  • Check-in/check-out dates

  • Itemized charges

  • Payment status

Let us know if you need a copy for employer reimbursement or recordkeeping — we’ll take care of it right away.
