How to Request Deletion of Your Vidle Housing Account and Data

Need to delete your profile or personal data? Here's how the process works.

At Vidle Housing, we take your data privacy seriously and honor all requests for account or data deletion.

To request deletion:

  1. Contact our support team confirming you’d like your entire profile and data removed.

  2. We’ll process your request within 5–7 business days.

  3. You’ll receive a confirmation once all records are deleted from our system and payment processor (Stripe).

Please note:

  • This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

  • Once deleted, you’ll need to create a new profile to book again in the future.
