To request deletion:
Contact our support team confirming you’d like your entire profile and data removed.
We’ll process your request within 5–7 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation once all records are deleted from our system and payment processor (Stripe).
Please note:
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Once deleted, you’ll need to create a new profile to book again in the future.
