How to Update Your Calendar Manually
You can update your calendar in two easy ways from your Host Dashboard.
Option 1: Update Through the Calendar Tab
Visit www.vidlehousing.com and click Sign In.
Log in using your email address and password.
On the left-hand side of your Host Dashboard, click Calendar to view availability for all of your listings.
Click on the individual dates you wish to block or unblock.
Select Block Dates or Make Available, then save your changes.
This option is ideal for making quick, single-date updates.
Option 2: Update Through My Listings
From your Host Dashboard, click Listings → My Listings.
Locate the listing you want to update.
On the right-hand side of that listing, click the three dots (⋯).
Select Calendar from the dropdown menu.
Choose a start date and end date to block off a larger range of time at once.
Save your changes — availability updates immediately.
This option is best for blocking extended periods, such as maintenance, personal stays, or long-term unavailability.
Syncing Your Calendar With Airbnb or a PMS
If you use Airbnb or a property management system, syncing your calendar helps prevent double bookings.
From your Host Dashboard, click Listings → Integrations.
Select the platform you want to connect (such as Airbnb or a supported PMS).
Follow the prompts to complete the connection.
Once synced, availability updates will automatically reflect on Vidle Housing.
Tip: After syncing, always double-check your calendar to ensure dates, pricing, and minimum stay requirements are accurate.
