You're not required to accept ESAs, unless mandated by local or state law.
You can still maintain a no-pets policy if it’s clearly stated in your listing.
Service Animals trained for specific tasks generally receive legal protection and cannot be denied.
Vidle encourages respectful communication and reasonable accommodation where possible.
If you receive an ESA request, evaluate it individually and respond thoughtfully.
