At Vidle Housing, we recommend the following inspection schedule:

Between Every Stay

Always perform a full inspection after a guest checks out. This includes checking for:

  • Damage or missing items

  • Cleanliness and restocking essentials

  • Functionality of locks, appliances, and Wi-Fi

Mid-Stay Check-Ins (for 30+ Day Stays)

For longer stays, consider scheduling a mid-stay walkthrough (with guest permission) to address:

  • Minor maintenance needs

  • Comfort concerns

  • Overall condition of the space
