Where to Find Message Templates
Message templates can be accessed directly when a traveler reaches out. At the bottom of the chat box, you’ll see a message icon. Click on that icon and you’ll be directed to “Message Templates and Auto Responses.” From there, you can:
Add all of your templates in one place.
Set up automated responses to streamline communication.
