If your listing is synced with Airbnb, iCal, a PMS system, or another platform, we can help align your messaging templates across platforms to prevent duplicates or gaps. To view our recommended messaging templates, please click HERE.


Where to Find Message Templates

Message templates can be accessed directly when a traveler reaches out. At the bottom of the chat box, you’ll see a message icon. Click on that icon and you’ll be directed to “Message Templates and Auto Responses.” From there, you can:

  • Add all of your templates in one place.

  • Set up automated responses to streamline communication.
