Troubleshooting Airbnb Listing or Pricing Sync Issues

Having trouble syncing your Airbnb listing or pricing with Vidle Housing? Here’s how to resolve common issues.

If your Airbnb listing or pricing isn’t syncing properly with Vidle Housing, try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check Account Permissions:
    Make sure Vidle Housing has proper integration access to your Airbnb account.

  2. Manually Refresh Sync:
    Log into your Host Dashboard and manually trigger a sync. This often clears up temporary disruptions.

  3. Listing Visibility:
    Confirm that the Airbnb listing is published and active. Draft or inactive listings will not sync.

  4. Pricing Software Conflicts:
    If you use dynamic pricing tools (e.g., PriceLabs, Wheelhouse), ensure they’re syncing correctly with both Airbnb and Vidle.

  5. Still Having Trouble?
