Keeping your calendar up to date is one of the best ways to ensure smooth bookings and prevent double-bookings. Here’s how to manage your availability:
🗓 Steps to Update Calendar:
1. Log In
Visit www.vidlehousing.com and log in to your Host Dashboard.
2. Access Your Listings
On the left-hand side of your dashboard, click My Listings.
All your listings will appear here.
3. Open Your Calendar
You have two ways to access the calendar for a listing:
Calendar Icon: On the right side of each listing, click the Calendar icon to view the full calendar.
Edit Listing: On the right side of the listing, click the ✏️ (pen) icon, then navigate to the Calendar tab.
4. Adjust Dates
Block or Unblock Dates: Click on the dates you want to make unavailable (highlighted in yellow) or available, then click Save.
Set Minimum Stay: Adjust the minimum stay requirements. Vidle Housing requires a 30-day minimum, but you can manage this in the calendar settings.
5. Sync Your Calendar with Airbnb (Optional)
If you are using Airbnb and want to sync your calendar:
While in My Listings, find the listing you want to sync.
Click the ✏️ (pen) icon to edit your listing.
Complete all required fields for your listing. Note: sometimes you cannot continue if fields are incomplete.
Proceed through the steps until Step 8.
Click Sync with Airbnb and follow the prompts to connect your Airbnb calendar.
6. Save Changes
All updates you make save automatically and go live instantly for travelers viewing your listing.
🔄 Syncing with Airbnb or Others:
Log in to Your Host Dashboard
Visit Vidle Housing and sign in with your host account.Go to Integrations
From the dashboard menu, click Listings, then select Integrations.Select Your System
You will see a list of supported PMS systems and Airbnb accounts.Connect Your Account
Under Actions, click Connect next to the system you wish to integrate. A new window will open.Authorize Your Account
Click Connect in the new window and follow the prompts to log in to your Airbnb or PMS account. Once authorized, your accounts will be synced automatically.
