If a guest smokes in your non-smoking unit, Vidle Housing is here to support you. Please follow these steps to report the issue:

  1. Document the Violation: Take time-stamped photos or videos of the affected area. Include signs of smoke, cigarette butts, ash, or odor treatment.

  2. Submit a Written Summary: Share a brief explanation of what happened, when it was discovered, and any communications with the guest.

  3. Provide Cleaning Receipts: If available, submit invoices or estimates for odor removal or additional cleaning.

Vidle Housing will review your claim in accordance with our platform policies. If eligible, we’ll assist in recovering costs or issuing guest penalties.
