Document the Situation: Take time-stamped photos and save all communications.
Reach Out to the Guest: Send a final message via Vidle reminding them that their stay has ended and they must vacate.
Contact Local Authorities: If the guest remains in the unit without permission, contact your local non-emergency police line. Depending on local laws, this may be considered trespassing.
Notify Vidle Housing: Send us all relevant documentation, and we will escalate the case and provide support as needed.
