Document the Condition: Take clear, time-stamped photos or videos as soon as possible after check-out.
Contact Vidle Housing: Submit a report through your Host Dashboard or contact support with photos and a summary of the situation.
Estimate Damages: Include any receipts, quotes, or estimates for additional cleaning or repairs.
We’ll Review and Follow Up: Our team will assess the report and follow up with the guest if necessary. In some cases, we may assist with cost recovery through the platform.
