Vidle Housing processes all payouts 24 hours after a guest’s scheduled check-in. These funds are sent directly to your connected Stripe account.
If you haven’t received your payout, please check the following:
Bank Processing Time: It may take 2–5 business days depending on your financial institution.
Stripe Setup: Log in to your Stripe account and confirm that your bank account is active and all required tax documents are complete.
Reservation Status: Ensure the reservation has begun and has not been canceled or flagged.
