What to Do If Your Payout Is Delayed or Missing

Learn the steps to take if your Vidle Housing payout hasn’t arrived on time.

Vidle Housing processes all payouts 24 hours after a guest’s scheduled check-in. These funds are sent directly to your connected Stripe account.

If you haven’t received your payout, please check the following:

  • Bank Processing Time: It may take 2–5 business days depending on your financial institution.

  • Stripe Setup: Log in to your Stripe account and confirm that your bank account is active and all required tax documents are complete.

  • Reservation Status: Ensure the reservation has begun and has not been canceled or flagged.
