Vidle Housing processes all payouts 24 hours after a guest’s scheduled check-in. These funds are sent directly to your connected Stripe account.
If you haven’t received your payout, please review the following:
Bank Processing Time: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 2–5 business days for the funds to appear.
Stripe Setup: Log in to your Stripe account and verify that your bank account is active and all required tax documents are complete.
Reservation Status: Ensure the reservation has started and has not been canceled or flagged.
