What to Do If Your Payout Is Delayed or Missing

Learn when payouts are sent from Vidle Housing and what to check if your funds haven’t arrived.

Vidle Housing processes all payouts 24 hours after a guest’s scheduled check-in. These funds are sent directly to your connected Stripe account.

If you haven’t received your payout, please review the following:

  • Bank Processing Time: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 2–5 business days for the funds to appear.

  • Stripe Setup: Log in to your Stripe account and verify that your bank account is active and all required tax documents are complete.

  • Reservation Status: Ensure the reservation has started and has not been canceled or flagged.

If everything appears correct and you still haven’t received your payout after 5 business days, please contact Vidle Support at CustomerSupport@VidleHousing.com. We’ll be happy to investigate and assist you.
