How to Report a Website Error or Technical Issue

If you experience an issue while using Vidle Housing, we’re here to help. The best way to report a website error or technical problem is through our Help Center so our support team can investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Submit a Support Ticket (Recommended)

To report a technical issue:

  1. From the homepage, navigate to Resources

  2. Select either Host Help Center or Traveler Help Center

  3. Click Submit a Ticket

You’ll be asked to provide:

  • First and last name

  • Email address

  • Subject of the issue

  • Category (Host or Traveler)

  • Priority level (Low, Medium, High)

  • A detailed description of the issue

Tips for Faster Resolution

The more information you include, the faster our team can help. For technical issues, please include:

  • The device you’re using (desktop, mobile, tablet)

  • Your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.)

  • Any error messages or error codes you’re seeing

  • Screenshots or screen recordings, if available
