1. What sizes and measurements do FIGS provide?
FIGS scrubs are available in sizes XXS through 6XL. Women’s and men’s Core Scrub pants also come in multiple inseam lengths: petite/short, regular, and tall.

2. My voucher/code isn’t working. What should I do?
Please ensure that you’re shopping from the link provided in your email. The verification code should be automatically applied at checkout. If you’re still experiencing issues, reach out to your team for a new link.
3. What if I did not receive my FIGS uniform?
If your order is delayed, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered!
If your order is marked as delivered, please allow 2 business days, as carriers sometimes mark packages early.
If your order hasn’t arrived, check FIGS’ Shipping and Handling page for transit timeframes.
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, email teams@wearfigs.com for support.
4. I received the wrong size or color. What should I do?

5. When can I expect to receive my FIGS uniform?
All Vidle Housing orders should arrive within the shipping timeframes listed here. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email followed by tracking updates.
6. What is the return or exchange process?
Gifted orders from Vidle Housing are eligible for exchanges within 60 days of the order date.
