Our system is designed to simplify the booking process by handling specific types of rental-related payments. Currently, Vidle Housing supports the collection of:
Monthly rent payments
Cleaning fees
Pet fees
However, there is no option to request, collect, or hold security deposits from travelers.
Please note that security deposits cannot be collected through Vidle Housing, and we do not support or allow any payments to be exchanged outside of our platform. Any attempt to collect funds off-platform is not permitted and may result in account restrictions.
We are always looking for ways to improve our platform, and security deposit functionality may be considered for future updates.
