1. Does the platform automatically sync rates and availability?

  • The platform automatically syncs availability for all integrations.

  • Pricing sync is currently supported only via Hostaway. Hospitable does not offer pricing sync through its API connection at this time.

  • Some hosts may experience rate or calendar errors due to PMS settings or API limitations.


2. Do you support API connections for all PMS systems?

  • If your PMS does not appear on the Integrations page, we do not currently support that connection.

  • Hosts can submit a request via the Integrations page. Requests are reviewed for potential inclusion in future updates.


3. Does the calendar update automatically when a booking occurs outside of Vidle Housing?

  • If your account is connected via integrations, the calendar updates automatically when a booking occurs on Airbnb or your PMS.

  • If availability isn’t reflecting, check that the integration settings are active and properly connected.


4. What should I do if I encounter partial syncs, missing data, or duplicate entries?

  • Review your PMS settings to ensure nothing is restricting listings from syncing.

  • If the problem persists, contact Vidle Housing support and provide:

    • Screenshots of the issue

    • Description of steps already attempted

    • PMS system details

  • Our tech team will troubleshoot and help resolve the issue.
