How to Navigate Your Host Dashboard

Once you’ve completed your host sign-up, you’ll be directed straight to your Host Dashboard—your central hub for managing listings, reservations, messages, and payouts. This guide walks you through each section of the dashboard.

Dashboard Overview (Home Page)

When you first log in, your dashboard homepage provides a high-level snapshot of your performance, including:

  • Total Earnings

  • Total Listings

  • Nightly Average Rate

  • Average Length of Stay

  • Listing Performance Analytics

These insights help you understand how your properties are performing and identify opportunities to improve visibility and bookings.


Navigation Menu (Left-Hand Side)

All key tools are located in the left-hand navigation menu. Here’s what each section does:


Listings

My Listings

This is where all of your properties live in one place. From here, you can:

  • View and manage all listings

  • Edit listing details

  • Update pricing and availability

  • Publish or unpublish listings

  • Use quick-edit tools for faster updates

Integrations

If you use a Property Management System (PMS) or Airbnb, you can sync your listings to keep calendars, pricing, and descriptions aligned across platforms.

Currently supported integrations:

  • Airbnb

  • Hospitable

  • Hostaway

Coming soon:

  • OwnerRez

  • Guesty

If you use a different PMS, click Request Integration to submit a request to our team.

CSV Upload

Perfect for hosts managing multiple properties.

  • Click View Sample CSV to download a template

  • Complete the required fields

  • Drag and drop your completed CSV file to upload listings in bulk

API Keys

This section allows advanced users to manage API keys for the Vidle Housing Public API.

  • Click View API Documentation to learn more about API functionality and use cases


Reservations

The Reservations tab shows all your bookings in one place, including:

  • Current reservations

  • Upcoming stays

  • Past reservations

You’ll be able to quickly see:

  • Listing name

  • Reservation status

  • Traveler name

  • Check-in and check-out dates

  • Reservation total


Messages

This is where you communicate with:

  • Travelers making inquiries

  • Guests with confirmed reservations

  • Past guests

Timely communication helps improve guest experience and can positively impact reviews and booking performance.


Calendar

The Calendar tab allows you to:

  • View availability across all listings

  • See blocked dates from synced PMS systems

  • Manually block or unblock dates if needed

Keeping your calendar up to date helps prevent double bookings and missed opportunities.


Help Center

Your go-to support hub, featuring:

  • Live Chat Support: Available 24/7 to answer questions in real time

  • Knowledge Base: Helpful articles and guides for hosts

  • Submit a Ticket: For technical issues or account-specific support requests


Notifications

This section keeps you informed with updates such as:

  • New inquiries

  • Reservation updates

  • Payment notifications

  • Platform announcements and system updates

You can customize notification preferences to fit your needs.


Account

My Profile

Customize your public host profile, including:

  • Profile photo

  • Bio

  • Personal details

  • View traveler reviews

Login & Security

Manage your account settings:

  • Update email address

  • Change password

  • Connect third-party accounts

  • Review recent account activity

Payments & Payouts

Vidle Housing uses Stripe, a secure third-party payment platform, to process all payments and payouts.

  • Connect your Stripe account here

  • Once verified, you’ll be able to receive payouts from completed reservations

  • Stripe ensures secure handling of payment and tax-related information
