Step 1: Log In to Your Host Account
Visit www.vidlehousing.com and click Sign In.
Enter the email address and password associated with your host account.
Step 2: Go to “My Listings”
Once you’re logged in, navigate to the left-hand menu and click Listings, then select My Listings.
Here you’ll see all of your active and draft listings in one place.
Step 3: Choose How You Want to Edit
You have two ways to update your listing:
Quick Edits
In the My Listings view, you can quickly edit certain fields such as:
Pricing
Listing status (Draft or Published)
Property type
Tags
Simply click directly on the field you’d like to update, enter the new information, and save your changes.
Full Listing Edit
For more detailed updates:
Click the three dots (⋯) next to the listing you want to edit.
Select Edit Listing.
Use the listing editor to update:
Title and description
Photos
Amenities
House rules
Pricing and fees
Check-in instructions
Location details
Step 4: Publish Your Changes
After making your updates, be sure to click Publish Listing so your changes are visible to travelers.
Editing Your Calendar
You can also update availability while editing your listing:
Click Calendar from the listing options to block or open dates.
For larger date ranges, select a start and end date to block time all at once.
Using Integrations
If your listing is synced with Airbnb or a Property Management System (PMS), some changes—such as pricing and availability—may need to be updated in your connected platform. Those updates will automatically sync to Vidle Housing.
Helpful Tips
Keep pricing and availability current to improve visibility in search results.
Upload high-quality photos and complete all listing sections to attract more bookings.
Double-check amenities and house rules for accuracy.
