Step 1: Log In to Your Traveler Account
Visit www.vidlehousing.com and log in to your traveler account.
Don’t have an account yet? Here’s how to create one:
From the home page, click Join Vidle.
Select Healthcare Professional.
Enter your first and last name, email address, and create a password.
Click Create Account.
Complete your traveler profile by entering details such as your phone number, profession, specialty, travel experience, and staffing agency.
Review and agree to the Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
Complete your profile to finish signing up.
Once your account is created, you’ll be able to search and inquire about properties.
Step 2: Search for Housing
After logging in:
Go to the Vidle Housing home page.
Use the search bar to enter:
A city or medical facility
Your travel dates
Your monthly budget (keeping this flexible may show more options)
Click the search icon to view available properties in that area.
Step 3: Select a Property
Browse the listings and click on the property you’re interested in to view full details, including photos, amenities, house rules, and location information.
Step 4: Enter Trip Details
On the right-hand side of the listing:
Review the monthly rent.
Select your travel dates
Note: Vidle Housing requires a minimum stay of 30 days.
Choose the number of guests.
Click Check Availability.
You’ll then see your trip details, including:
Check-in and check-out dates
Number of guests
Total nights
Step 5: Message the Host
From the trip details page, you can send a message directly to the host to ask questions or share details about your assignment.
Step 6: Review Policies and Submit
Read and understand the cancellation policy.
Check the box to confirm your agreement.
Choose one of the following:
Send Inquiry (to ask questions before booking), or
Request to Book (to move forward with the reservation)
Step 7: Review Pricing & Next Steps
Below the request section, you’ll see a full price breakdown, including:
What’s due at the time of booking
When future payments will be charged
The host will review your request and respond. Once approved and payment is completed, your booking will be confirmed.
