How to Book Your Stay on Vidle Housing

Booking your stay on Vidle Housing is simple and designed specifically for healthcare professionals on assignment. Follow the steps below to secure the perfect place for your stay.

Step 1: Create a Traveler Account

If you haven’t already, you’ll need to create a traveler account to get started.

  1. Visit www.vidlehousing.com

  2. Click Join Vidle in the top right corner

  3. Select Healthcare Professional

  4. Enter your:

    • First and last name

    • Email address

    • Create a password

  5. Click Create Account

  6. Complete your traveler profile and agree to the Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy

Once completed, your account will be ready to use.

Step 2: Sign In to Your Account

After creating your account:

  1. Go to the Vidle Housing home page

  2. Click Sign In

  3. Enter your email and password

Step 3: Search for Housing

Use the search bar on the home page to find housing that fits your assignment needs. You can search by:

  • City

  • Medical facility

  • Travel dates

  • Monthly budget

💡 Tip: Keeping your budget slightly flexible may help you see more options.

Click the Search icon to view available properties.

Step 4: Select a Property

Once you find a property you’re interested in:

  1. Click on the listing to view full details

  2. On the right-hand side of the listing:

    • Enter your travel dates

    • Select the number of guests staying at the property

  3. Click Check Availability

You’ll now see a detailed price breakdown showing:

  • What’s due at the time of booking

  • Any future scheduled payments during your stay

Step 5: Review & Request to Book

Before submitting your booking request:

  1. Review all trip details carefully

  2. Read and understand the Cancellation Policy

  3. Check the box confirming your agreement

  4. (Optional) Send a message to the host using the chat box

When ready, click Request to Book.

Step 6: Host Approval & Payment

  • Your booking request is sent to the host for approval

  • Once the host accepts, your payment will be processed

  • After payment is completed, your reservation will be officially confirmed

Please note:

  • Vidle Housing charges a 3% processing fee

  • All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
