Instant Booking for Hosts

Instant Booking allows travelers to submit booking requests more quickly through your listing. While Instant Booking can help increase visibility and booking opportunities, enabling this feature is optional for hosts.

Overview

When Instant Booking is enabled, a ribbon will appear on your listing letting travelers know the property supports Instant Booking requests.

Once a traveler submits a booking request, hosts have up to 24 hours to accept the reservation before the request expires.


How to Enable Instant Booking

To enable Instant Booking for your property:

  1. Log in to your Host Dashboard

  2. Click Listings

  3. Select My Listings

  4. Review the Instant Booking requirements displayed at the top of the page

Once all requirements are met, you can enable Instant Booking by toggling the Instant Booking On/Off switch next to your listing.


Instant Booking Requirements

Before Instant Booking can be enabled, the following requirements must be completed:

Identity Verification
Your host account must be fully verified.

Stripe Payment Setup
Your Stripe account must be connected to ensure secure payment processing.

Pricing Configured
A monthly rate must be set for the listing.

Published Listing
Your listing must be published and active, not in draft mode.

Instant Booking for all properties. Each property must meet the requirements individually.


How to Edit Your Listing

If you need to complete or update your listing before enabling Instant Booking:

  1. Go to your Host Dashboard

  2. Click My Listings

  3. Locate the listing you want to edit

  4. Click the three dots (โ‹ฎ) on the right side of the listing

  5. Select Edit Listing

At the top of the page you will see Quick Navigation.
Click the Instant Book tab to review eligibility requirements and enable the feature once everything is complete.

After making updates, be sure to publish your listing to save your changes.


What Happens After Instant Booking Is Enabled

Once Instant Booking is turned on:

  • A ribbon will appear on your listing indicating Instant Booking is available

  • Travelers will be able to submit booking requests more quickly

  • Hosts will receive a notification when a request is submitted

  • You will have 24 hours to accept the reservation

If the booking request is not accepted within 24 hours, it will automatically expire.
