Actually, it’s the vehicles that you are tracking, not your employees, as tracking data is captured via the hardware installed in the vehicle.

If you need to know which employee is driving the vehicle, you can use beacons, small devices that can be carried by your drivers and are recognised by the Vimcar device. As your drivers must carry the beacon, you can be sure that they know they are being tracked and that you are complying with legal requirements regarding tracking.
