We at VineConnect want to provide you with a space to keep track of the progress you make configuring your client portal and also give you access to valuable tools our team has and are eager to give you!
Setup
When you first navigate to this section you should see it defaulted to your Setup stage of the Launch.
NOTE: You can utilize any live case within Filevine during your Setup and it will automatically route the verification code to the inserted phone number in your Portal Display Settings. This means you will use the Clients first name, last name, and phone number as they appear on the Filevine Project contact card, but the verification code will go to you!
While in Setup you will be provided with a checklist of tools that we at Vinetegrate deem most important to have completed prior to scheduling your VineConnect Client Portal Launch. This checklist not only helps you track your progress while configurating the platform but also provides you with active links to each area and the associated Support article:
Scheduled
When you toggle the Scheduled stage, you will see many different resources to help you as you prepare to Launch!
Scheduling a Consultation with the VineConnect Team to discuss configuration and gather feedback.
Support Articles which cover every section of the platform.
Marketing Flyers that can be branded for your firm by the VineConnect team.
Launch Checklist (Coming Soon) to ensure you configure all of the needed information.
NOTE: When you set a date in the Scheduled stage it will move it to the Live stage on that date at midnight EST.
Live
When you toggle this stage (or it is automatically engaged on the date you've selected) it will allow the configured features of the VineConnect portal to take action. This means Phase Change SMS sends to client, Review Link SMS sends to client, real-time phase descriptions present on the Client Portal, etc.
NOTE: Be sure to Save when you have toggled a stage in this section.
