As in most SaaS companies (e.g. Spotify, Slack, Netflix and more), the payment for the new billing cycle is automatic and upfront.

That being said, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any point before it renews in order to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle's subscription fee
(be it monthly, yearly or other).
If you pause or cancel your subscription, this will be effective at the end of the current subscription period.

In addition to that, as stated in our terms §14.2 there is no obligation to provide

  • refunds,

  • credit or

  • prorated billing

for subscriptions that are paused or cancelled within the new billing cycle.

Just contact us* if there's a special case, though, and we'll check the option of credits for when you'll use Viral Loops again. 💝

*Viral Loops reserves the right to offer refunds, discounts, credits or other consideration in selected circumstances at its sole discretion.
