December 2024 Updates

  • Geocoding Update: Users can now geocode records using list views.

  • Geocoding Using Account Shipping Address: Users can now geocode account records using the shipping address.

  • Change Record Owner: Using the Select Records component, users can now update the record owner for the selected records.

  • Updates to the Map Maker and Color Rules components: A loading spinner now displays while a map is loading or when color rules are being applied.

November 2024 Updates

  • My Route Component Update: Added support for setting a custom route start time and adjusting the duration for route stops.

  • Record Details and Task & Events Components Update: Both are now combined in a tabbed view.

  • Selected Records Component Update: The Selected Records component now displays each record’s name, city, state, and ZIP code. When users click on a record in the Selected Records component, the record’s details will appear in the Record Details component. Additionally, users can export the selected records to generate a CSV file containing the selected data.

  • Radius Tool Update: The radius tool now allows users to select records within a specified radius and create a route. All selected records will be displayed in the Selected Records component.

  • My Upcoming Events Component: Added the My Upcoming Events Component to the map page layout.

October 2024 Updates

  • Vision-e Maps for Mobile: We’ve introduced mobile support, enabling users to access their maps directly on their mobile devices using the Salesforce mobile app.

September 2024 Updates

  • Vision-e Maps: An updated Vision-e Maps AppExchange package with new features and functionality was released.

August 2024 Updates

  • Vision-e Maps Lightning Update: We’re excited to announce that Vision-e Maps is now fully Lightning enabled. This update brings the power and flexibility of Salesforce Lightning to Vision-e Maps, allowing for a more seamless and intuitive user experience.
