The Scan Image Lightning Web Component shows the business card scanned business card image, the consent signature, and any photos added using the 2nd photo enhancement. The Scan Image Lightning Web Component can be added to the Lead and Contact pages using the Lighting App Builder.

To Add the Scan Image Lightning Web Component to the Lead or Contact Record Page

Step 1: Open the Lightning App Builder

1. Go to a Lead or Contact record.

2. Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner.

3. Select “Edit Page” to open the Lightning App Builder.

Step 2: Understand the Lightning App Builder Interface

• Canvas: The central area that previews your current page layout.

• Components Panel: Located on the left side, this panel lists all components available for adding to your page.

• Properties Panel: Found on the right, this panel allows you to configure the settings and properties of the selected component.

Step 3: Add the Scan Image Component to the Record Page

1. In the Components Panel, search for the Scan Image Component.

2. Drag the Scan Image Component from the Components Panel to the desired location on the page.

• The Canvas will highlight valid areas where the component can be placed.

Step 4: Save and Activate Your Changes

1. Click the “Save” button to apply your changes.

2. If needed, click “Activate” to set this page version as the default for the Lead page.

• You may be prompted to assign the page to specific apps, record types, or profiles.
