Accessing the Scanning Queue in Salesforce

You can find the Scanning Queue by searching for “Scanning Queue - Lightning” in the App Launcher in Salesforce.

After selecting Scanning Queue - Lightning, you’ll land on either:

• The Home tab, or

• The last tab you used in your previous session.

Default Tabs in the Scanning Queue

1. Home: Displays a dashboard with charts showing how many business cards have been processed through the Scanning Queue.

2. Scans List: A list of all business cards sent to the Scanning Queue.

3. Gallery: Displays scanned images of the business cards.

4. Mobile Scan Builder - Lightning: Provides access to settings for the Scan app.

5. Scan Lead Mapping: Lets you map fields from the Scanning Item object to the Lead object.

6. Scan Contact Mapping: Lets you map fields from the Scanning Item object to the Contact object.
