You can manage the QR codes in the My QR Codes module for all Scan app users in your organization by using the QR Code object. This includes creating new QR codes that will be visible to everyone using the Scan app.

Each QR Code record includes a QR Code Name, Category, Title, URL, and an Active checkbox. QR codes marked as active will be displayed within the app. The Title represents the name of the QR code as it appears in the app, while the Category determines the section it will be listed under in the “My QR Codes” module.

QR codes marked as Active will be displayed in the Scan app, while those not marked as active will remain hidden.
