🔹 Email – Employees can sign in by entering their email address.
🔹 Mobile Number – Employees can sign in using their registered mobile number.
🔹 PIN Code – Employees can set a personal PIN code for secure sign-in.
🔹 Face ID – For customers with this feature, employees can sign in via facial recognition.

User iPad Sign-in Point - Available Sign-In Screens
Using the Sign-in Point Builder, add one of the following elements for a seamless sign-in experience:
🔹 Scanner – Adds a QR scanner to the Sign-in Point home screen for quick sign-ins.
🔹 Express Check-in – Provides a screen where employees can sign in using their mobile number, email, or QR code.
Issuing QR Codes to Employees
Employees need a QR code for quick and easy sign-ins. You can provide this in several ways:
🔹 VMC Pass Smartphone App – Employees can access their QR code in the app.
🔹 Printed QR Code on Employee Badge – Issue physical QR codes for employees to carry.
🔹 Email QR Code (Digital Image) – Send a QR code via email for digital use.
Employees can scan their QR codes at any VMC iPad Sign-in Point to sign in instantly.
🔹 At Your Workplace – The sign-in will be logged as an Employee/Staff check-in.
🔹 At Another Organization's Workplace – If the function is available, the system will recognize them as a Visitor and auto-fill their basic details for a faster check-in process.
