3️⃣ Select the Printer
4️⃣ Search for Available Printers
The iPad will scan the network for available printers.
This may take a few moments—please wait.
5️⃣ Select Your Printer
If the printer is not found:
Retry the search or use Manual Setup.
For Manual Setup, enter the printer's IP address and select the printer model.
6️⃣ Confirm Connection
The selected printer will appear at the top of the Printer settings.
The printer’s network IP address will be displayed below it.
7️⃣ Run a Print Test
Send a test print from the VMC dashboard to confirm the connection.
If successful, the print job will go from the dashboard → iPad → printer.
8️⃣ Complete a Test Sign-In
If badge printing is enabled in your Kiosk Design settings, the printer will automatically print visitor badges when guests sign in.
Perform a test sign-in to verify that badge printing works as expected.
