Introduction to the Education Module

The VMC Education Module provides an efficient and streamlined way to manage child-care centers and educational organizations. This module enables you to establish relationships within the system between a User and a Subuser, such as:

  • Parent-Child

  • Guardian-Child

  • Teacher-Student

  • Carer-Child

With the Education Module, guardians can conveniently sign children in and out while following your customized workflow. The system can capture essential details, such as the guardian’s photo, signature, and other verification data, ensuring enhanced security and compliance with your institution’s requirements. This module is a practical solution for improving both security and efficiency in child-care and educational settings.

How to Set User Relationships

To establish relationships between users:

1️⃣ Navigate to the child’s profile.
2️⃣ Click the Relationships tab.
3️⃣ Select Add Relationship.
4️⃣ Choose the appropriate relationship type.
5️⃣ Search for the User to link with the child.
6️⃣ Click Add Now to finalize the connection.
