Create a New Sentiment Survey

Design and launch different types of surveys to start collecting valuable visitor sentiment data.

Survey Types

  • Star Rating – Results are grouped into 5-stars, 4-stars, 3-stars, 2-stars, and 1-star.

  • Sentiment Scale – Results are categorized as Promoters (9–10), Passives (7–8), and Detractors (6 and below).

  • Happy Index – Results are grouped into Happy, Neutral, and Not Happy.

How to Create a Survey

  1. Edit Sign-In Points

    • Go to your iPad sign-in points and enable surveys within the checkout workflow.

    • Alternatively, add a dedicated survey screen to an existing workflow.

  2. Choose Your Survey Format

    • Checkout Screen Survey – Triggered at checkout, giving you immediate feedback as visitors leave.

    • Standalone Survey Screen – Add the Sentiment Analysis screen as part of a custom workflow for greater flexibility.

Both methods allow for multiple customization options, including selecting the type of survey that best fits your needs.
