Star Rating – Results are grouped into 5-stars, 4-stars, 3-stars, 2-stars, and 1-star.
Sentiment Scale – Results are categorized as Promoters (9–10), Passives (7–8), and Detractors (6 and below).
Happy Index – Results are grouped into Happy, Neutral, and Not Happy.
