You may need to send pre-registration invites to many visitors at one time. The pre-registration form lets you manually add visitors, but to save time, you can import a CSV of your visitors.
I. Pre-registrations can be done from the dashboard screen or the My Schedule screen
Click on the Sign In Dashboard option on the dark sidebar
On the dashboard, click the Preregister button
OR
Click your profile photo/initials at the bottom left
Select My Account
Click on My Schedule on the light grey sidebar
II. The pre-registration sidebar will open on the right side
Click the Group Registration button at the top right
Select the Registration option that you want
Fill in the 'Event details' section: Select the Visit type, enter an Event title, choose a Location from the dropdown menu, and select a Host by typing their name in the search box.
Adding Visitors: You can add visitors one by one, or you can use the CSV import option
Input data directly into the provided visitor table. If you need to add more individuals, click the 'Add Row' button.
Click the Import CSV button to import visitors. A new dynamic logic has been implemented for the 'Import CSV' feature, making the old download template obsolete. Users can now import CSV files with different header names, as the system allows them to manually match the file's columns to the correct fields right after upload.
After clicking the Import CSV button, a pop-up window will open
After selecting a CSV file containing visitor data, users can map the file headers to the corresponding Booking type fields as shown below.
After mapping the CSV columns to the Booking type fields, click the Review button to verify that the data matches correctly. If any adjustments are needed, the user will have the option to go back and correct the field mappings. Once everything looks right, click 'Import Visitors' as shown below.
Once you have confirmed that the visitors have been added to the list, simply click the 'Save' button.
Note: QR codes sent to attendees are valid on the day of the event, anytime before the event ends. If the multiple entries option is not enabled, the QR code will expire immediately after they sign out
