  • Viewing Payroll Deductions

  • Exporting List of Deductions

How to View & Exporting Payroll Deductions:

Step 1: Log into your Dashboard and click the “Benefits” tab in the left side menu.

Step 2: Under “Active Benefits” scroll down to view your Active Benefits select the benefit you are interested in viewing one at a time. You will need to open

Note:

  • If you are offering ICHRA please click ICHRA

  • If you are offering MVP please click into MVP to view your MVP, MEC, and MEC+ enrollments

  • If you are offering MEC Plus please click into MEC+ to view your MEC, and MEC Plus enrollments

  • VPC does not have deductions

Step 3: Scroll down to “Enrolled Employees” this is where you can see the plans members enrolled in and their monthly deductions. Note: You can break this up into as many paychecks as you’d like over the course of the month to minimize financial strain on your staff.

Click Export in the top right hand corner

Click Export All Records

Step 4: The file will be downloaded onto your computer. Once located, open the file to see all enrolled employees with deduction amounts. Input this information into your payroll system.

Step 5: Repeat step 3 for each benefit package you are offering (ICHRA, MVP, MEC PLUS, DENTAL OR VISION) by clicking on the benefit in the Benefits tab

Step 6: Add the deductions form the First file (MVP, MEC, MEC Plus) and the second and /or third file if applicable (Dental & Vision) to get a total deduction amount for your employees

Helpful Information

Hover over the “i” icon under Enrolled Employees next to see the monthly deduction cost and a breakdown of payroll deductions cost for each employee.
