You do not have to choose Vitable Health as your PCP. However, depending on the specific health plan you have through Vitable Health (Primary Care Health Plan, MEC, or MEC Plus), you may not be eligible for coverage or reimbursement for services provided outside of the Vitable Health network.

If you have additional insurance through the Marketplace or your employer, Vitable can be a great supplement for your day-to-day healthcare needs. With same-day and next-day appointments, we offer a convenient alternative when your traditional PCP is unavailable.

If you don’t have additional coverage outside of Vitable, you can choose a Vitable Health provider as your Primary Care Provider.
