Physical Exam - 1 per calendar year per individual
Therapy Visits - 10 visits per year. The program is available to individuals 18+

Can I purchase additional visits?
If you utilize all of the therapy visits included with your Vitable Plan you will be able to purchase additional visits to be able to continue using your membership. The cost per visit is outlined below:
