All Vitable ID cards are electronic and can be accessed through the Vitable Health app. Physical ID cards are not provided or mailed to members. The type of card you receive will depend on your membership. Below, you’ll find more details about our different membership cards.

Your virtual pharmacy card can be found on the home screen of your Vitable App. Use this card to pick up covered prescriptions at one of our partnered pharmacies.

If you are enrolled in the Vitable Primary Care Plan Core or Enhanced or MEC Basic plan this is the only type of card you will receive from Vitable.

If you are enrolled in our MEC, MEC Plus or MVP benefit, you will have an ID card in your Vitable App with details about your network and copays for in-network and out-of-network providers.
