Adult Dependents (18 and Older)

If you’re an adult dependent on a Vitable Health plan, you’ll need to download the app on your own device. This gives you a personal account with your own login, allowing you full access to schedule visits, chat with providers, and manage your health records—privately and securely.

Minor Dependents (Under 18)

For younger dependents, things work a little differently. Since minors can’t have their own app accounts, their health information is stored under the primary account holder’s profile. That means parents or guardians will need to use their own Vitable Health app to schedule visits and manage care for their child.
