When do points start?

Points start earning from the official Rewards Program launch date.

This program is new and Points are not backdated for past orders.


What happens to my existing vitamin tracking streak?

Your current streak will be honoured with the new points system.

You’ll continue earning points toward your next milestone as normal.


Do milestones achieved before the new Rewards program count for points?

No. Points are earned from the Rewards Program launch date onwards.

While your current streak will continue, milestones reached before launch won’t award points.


Do I earn points if I mark missed days in the calendar?

No. Points are only earned when you actively tap “I’ve taken my vitamins” on the day.

Filling in past days in the calendar doesn’t earn points.


Do previously marked days count toward my streak or milestones?

No. A streak is made up of consecutive days you actively track.

Marking past days is just for visual tracking, it doesn’t count toward streaks or milestones.


What if I’m an existing customer, what VIP tier will I be in?

If you’ve been with us for a while, we’ll fast-track you into the appropriate VIP tier (Mint or Sage) based on your tenure with Vitable. You can see your VIP tier in your account.
