How do I change my next order date?

Whether you're looking to skip, delay, or rush your next order - we've got you!

To change the date of your next pack, you can do so by following these instructions:

  1. Sign in to the Vitable App

  2. Click on My Pack

  3. Go to Next Pack

  4. Click on the orange pencil icon to change the date

  5. Select your preferred next payment date and confirm

If you are not currently using the app, please click on the link here to log in. Once logged in, click on the orange pencil icon to change the date. Select your preferred date and confirm.

Note: Any changes you make will only apply to future orders. They won't affect any orders that have already been processed, even if they haven't shipped yet. Once your order is confirmed, we're unable to make any further modifications.
