Can I cancel an order?

At Vitable, we understand that sometimes plans change. Whether you need to adjust the date of your next pack, pause or modify its contents, we've got you covered. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you manage your subscription effectively:

How to change the date of your next pack

  • Open the Vitable App

  • Click on My Pack and go to Next Pack

  • Click on the orange pencil icon (which you can find next to the order date)

  • Select your preferred next payment date and confirm

How to edit what is in your next pack

  • Open the Vitable App

  • Click on My Pack and go to Next Pack

  • Select Manage My Pack

  • Use the bin icon to remove any products

  • Scroll down to select Add Item to select any products to add

  • Your pack will be automatically updated and processed on your next payment date

Important Information Regarding Order Cancellations:

Once you've paid for your order, it enters our production queue for processing. Unfortunately, orders at this stage cannot be cancelled. However, we've designed our subscription service to be fully flexible to accommodate your needs. You can delay, edit, or pause/cancel any upcoming orders through your account.

Please keep in mind that changes made to your account after an order has been processed will only apply to future orders. If you have any questions or need further assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to our customer care team.
