How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking link as soon as it becomes available from the shipping carrier. Please keep in mind that some shipping carriers often don’t provide tracking links for 24-48 hours from dispatch.

If you haven’t received your tracking email, be sure to check your junk or spam folders as these emails occasionally end up in there. If you’re still unable to locate the email, please reach out to our Customer Care team at hello@vitable.com.au.
