What is your Returns Policy?

Personalised Orders:

We are unable to accept returns for products that have been personalised or made especially for you. Once an order has entered the production queue, it becomes non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

In the unlikely event that your items arrive faulty or damaged, we will organise an urgent replacement. Please contact our customer service team at hello@vitable.com.au with your order number and a description any photos of the issue.

Order Changes:

If you have recently placed an order and have had a change of heart, please contact us promptly at 1300 996 897. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. It's important to reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss the options available.
