How Does the Free Trial Work?

Here’s everything you need to know about Vitl’s free trial, how it converts to a subscription, and how to cancel if needed.

What’s Included in the Free Trial?

We offer two types of free trials (these are available at select times throughout the year):

  • 4 Pill Personalised Pack2-week free trial (postage £3.95)

  • The Essential One (Multivitamin)30-day free trial (postage £3.95)

How Does the Trial Convert?

  • On the last day of your trial, it automatically switches to a monthly subscription.

  • You’ll get a reminder email a few days before the first payment is taken.

Billing Cycles:

  • 4 Pill Personalised Pack: Billed every 28 days

  • The Essential One: Billed every 30 days

How to Cancel Before Your Trial Ends:

If you don’t want to continue after the trial, you can cancel anytime before your next order is invoiced and processed. For step-by-step instructions, check out our guide: How do I cancel my trial subscription?

Having Trouble Claiming the Trial?

  • Clear your cookies

  • Try using incognito/private mode

Important Notes:

  • Trials are for new customers only

  • Limit of one free trial per person or household
