We offer two types of free trial that run at various times throughout the year, and can be accessed by clicking on the link within the free trial advert. A 2-week version for our 4-pill personalised pack and a 30-day version for the Essential One. For both of these, you will pay for postage (usually £3.95). Note: if you are having trouble claiming the free trial, please ensure that you have cleared cookies. If you are still unable to claim, please try via the 'incognito' mode of your browser.

In both instances, the free trial converts to a convenient monthly subscription on the last day of your trial. You will get a reminder email sent a couple of days before this conversion takes place and the billing cycles then work as follows:

4-pill personalised pack: billed every 28 days
The Essential One: billed every 30 days

If you do not wish to be enrolled into a monthly subscription, you can cancel your account at any time up to the last day of your free trial, providing your next order has not already been invoiced and processed.

Trials are only available to new users, and only one free trial per person or household is available.
