"Authentication Failed" error when logging into my personal account

This error usually comes down to one of two situations. Here's how to identify and fix it:

  • The most common cause is a mismatch between email addresses.

💡 Typical scenario: You may have registered to your personal space under email A, but your pass was assigned using email B. If you try to log in with email A, access will be denied.


What to do:

  1. Check which email address is linked to your pass

  2. Use that specific email address to log in at vivatech.com/account/login

  3. We recommend trying in a private/incognito browser window

  • The other cause can be that you may be trying to log into the wrong portal
