If your glucose readings are appearing correctly in the Sibionics app but aren't appearing in the Vively app, your sensor is working and there may be a syncing issue between Sibionics and Vively.
First, check the Sibionics app
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
Open the Sibionics app and confirm you're logged in.
Check that you can see current glucose readings.
If current readings aren't appearing in Sibionics, the issue may be with the sensor or its connection to the Sibionics app rather than the Vively sync.
If readings are showing in Sibionics but not Vively
Open the Vively app.
Go to the Home page.
Pull down on the Home page to refresh your data.
Once current readings are available in the Sibionics app, they should automatically flow through to Vively.
You don't need to scan your Sibionics sensor with your phone to transfer readings into Vively.
If your CGM hasn't been set up in Vively
Open the Vively app and tap the menu (☰) in the top-left corner.
Select Connected accounts.
Select Set up a CGM sensor and follow the on-screen instructions.
Still not syncing?
If current readings are visible in the Sibionics app but haven't appeared in Vively after 25 minutes, please contact our Support Team at contact@vively.com.au and include:
A screenshot showing your current readings in the Sibionics app
A screenshot of the Vively Home page
A brief description of the issue or any error message you're seeing
We'll investigate the syncing issue and help get your data flowing into Vively again.
