If you’re using the Sibionics GS3, there’s no need to connect third-party platforms or create additional accounts.
Once your GS3 sensor is applied and paired with the Sibionics GS3 app, your glucose data is available in real time. The Vively app accesses your CGM insights directly.
To ensure your data syncs correctly:
Apply your GS3 sensor and complete the pairing process in the Sibionics GS3 app
Keep Bluetooth switched on
Keep your phone within 10 metres of the sensor
Allow background app activity and notifications
Open the Vively app and navigate to the Track page
If your glucose graph doesn’t appear immediately, try closing and reopening the Vively app/Sibionics app or pulling down to refresh the page.
