I'm Having Trouble Logging In – What Should I Do?

If you're having trouble logging into your Vively account, follow these steps to resolve the issue:


Step 1: Reset Your Password

  • Go to the Vively app login screen

  • Click "Forgot Password" and follow the prompts to reset your password

  • Check your email for a password reset link and create a new password


Step 2: Reinstall the Vively App

If resetting your password doesn’t work, try:

  • Deleting the Vively app from your phone

  • Reinstalling the app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)

  • Attempting to log in again


Step 3: Contact Vively Support

If you’re still unable to log in after trying the steps above, our support team is happy to help!
