If your glucose data isn't showing or updating in Vively, work through the steps below.
1️⃣ Make Sure the Sibionics App Is Set Up Data flows from your sensor → into the Sibionics app → then into the Vively app. If the Sibionics app isn't set up correctly, data won't reach Vively.
Download the Sibionics app from the App Store or Google Play if you haven't already.
Create an account in the Sibionics app — this is required to enable the data connection.
Open the Sibionics app and confirm your sensor is connected and displaying glucose readings.
2️⃣ Check That Your Sensor Is Transmitting Data Before troubleshooting Vively, confirm the issue isn't with the sensor itself.
Open the Sibionics app and check whether glucose readings are displayed.
If no readings are showing in the Sibionics app, the issue is with the sensor connection rather than Vively. Refer to our article My Sibionics G3 sensor isn't connecting to the Vively app for help.
If readings are showing in the Sibionics app, continue to the next step.
3️⃣ Restore the Bluetooth Connection if It's Dropped If the Bluetooth connection between your phone and sensor has been interrupted, data will stop flowing to Vively.
Open the Sibionics app first and wait a moment for it to reconnect to your sensor.
Then open the Vively app.
Data should resume flowing shortly after.
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone throughout.
4️⃣ Allow Time for Data to Sync Once your sensor is connected and transmitting in the Sibionics app, it may take up to 15–30 minutes for data to appear in Vively. This is normal.
5️⃣ Refresh the Vively App
Open the Vively app and navigate to the Home page.
Pull down on the screen to manually refresh.
6️⃣ Restart Your Phone & Check for App Updates
Restart your phone, as a simple reboot can resolve many connectivity issues.
Check the App Store or Google Play to make sure you're running the latest versions of both the Sibionics app and the Vively app.
